Along with Hellacopters and Gluecifer, Turbonegro completes the golden triad of Scandinavian metal rock. All three have visited Azkena Rock Festival on more than one occasion, a clear sign of our audience’s devotion to northern European hard rock. With a much more than eventful career, the band’s tumultuous history includes multiple dissolutions and reunions, such as the 2010 resignation of its leader, Hank Von Helvete, citing the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. This, however, did not stop them from announcing their reunion just a year later. Long live Turbonegro!
