There is no better exponent of Madrilenian swagger than Burning. Even those who are not very fond of music have been carried away by “Mueve tus caderas,” but the band made up of Jonnhy Cifuentes and Pepe Risi is much more than a well-known chorus. With two decades of career behind them, Burning is still that rogue neighborhood band and, above all, a guarantee of authenticity. Having them at Azkena Rock Festival in 2009 was as much of an honor as dedicating them this star in our Rock Walk will be.
