LAGARTIJA NICK
With a Bauhaus song naming the band, Lagartija Nick was formed in 1991. Lead by the ex-091 Antonio Arias in bass and voice, that same year they released their debut “Hipnosis”, an album with a strong rock style. The following year, they come back with “Inercia”, an album with powerful and rough guitars they will fully play in this year’s Azkena Rock Festival edition. Closing the initial trilogy of the band is “Su”, the 1994 album. One of the top moments of the band from Granada is the collaboration with the legendary “cantaor” of flamenco Enrique Morente in the album “Omega” in 1996. Few times in poetry history, flamenco and rock have had such an amazing expression and fusion as in this work. The following “Val Del Omar” is a tribute to this filmmaker from their homeland. More albums such as the homonym in 1999, “, “Ulterior”, “Lo Imprevisto” or “El Shock de Leia” will complete their career. Lagartija Nick is a band that has investigated different styles but who has been able to filter them through their own hallmark. www.lagartijanick.com myspace.com
RADIO MOSCOW This band from Iowa (United States) was created by Parker Griggs, composer and drummer of the punk band Duck And Cover. The project took the name of Garbage Composal in a first moment (with Griggs only in the group) where he experimented with garage rock influences from the 60’s. The name was then changed to Radio Moscow and Serana Andersen started in the band as bassist working together with Griggs and keeping that garage base while providing more blues sounds. With Griggs as guitarist and vocalist, at the beginning they did not have drummer and both moved to Colorado to look for one. Dan Auerbach from The Black Keys was interested in the group after having listened a demo and offered himself to help them in their career but Parker Griggs decided to come back to Iowa disappointed for not finding a drummer. After several changes, Luke McDuff becomes the new bassist and with him, Griggs records the debut album produced by Dan Auerback. Before the release of the album McDuff leaves the band and is substituted by Zach Anderson. The latter together with Keith Rich in the drums form Radio Moscow at the moment.

YAWNING MAN
1986 was the year of the debut of Yawning Man with guitarist Gary Arce and drummer Alfredo Hernández (Kyuss, Queens Of The Stone Age). They record a great amount of songs in a couple of demos (one of those songs, “Catamaran” was revisited by Kyuss) but not until 2005 this material was officially reedited by the band. “Rock Formations” is the first work of the band released by the Andalusian label Alone Records and it contains ten songs that have been described as a mixed of space rock with surf influences. Several months later, they launch the EP “Pot Head” that includes darker and heavier features in their proposal. In 2006 the band reedits “Rock Formations” with the addition of a live DVD recorded in Holland. In 2008 they release “Vista Point” where they have joined in a sole edition “Rock Formations” and “Pot Head”. The desert rock does not have secrets for them. myspace.com

Born on July15th in 1956 in Brooklyn, Marky Ramone is already part of the rock n roll legend after his belonging to one of the greatest bands in the music history, Los Ramones. THE LEMONHEADS
In 1986 two Secundary students called Evan Dando and Ben Deily create in Boston the embryo of what later will become The Lemonheads. In 1987 they release their debut album “Hate Your Friends” followed by “Creator” (1988) and “Lick” (1989) after which Deily leaves the band.
