AZKENA ROCK FESTIVAL 2008

At the end of 2007 the festival confirms its continuity in Vitoria-Gasteiz after an increased of the economic support by the regional institutions. The Azkena Rock 2008 aspires to return to the 2005 and 2006 line-up models. In the absence of some big headliners, the festival creates one of the most compensated line-ups of its history with great quality bands like Sex Pistols, Blind Melon, Ray Davies’ return (The Kinks), Jayhawks (original formation), John Cale, Dinosaur Jr, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Los Lobos, Gutter Twins, Hanoi Rocks, Blue Cheer,… all of it for a very low price, specially with the offer voucher for the three days. The facilities and the festival organization gives also another step forward with the incorporation of new leisure areas and an improvement of the food area, etc…
