Habrá un punto de venta de merchandising oficial del Azkena Rock Festival, donde además encontrarás material de todos los grupos que actúan en el festival.
MERCADILLO
En el interior del recinto se encuentra, a disposición del público, un mercadillo en el que se podrán adquirir todo tipo de artículos, desde ropa hasta música.
OTROS CONSEJOS
No olvides traer tu documentación.
Si bebes, ya sabes, no conduzcas. Seguramente haya controles de alcoholemia en los alrededores del festival.
Tráete una gorra y tu protector solar, sobre todo para las primeras actuaciones.
Bebe mucha agua para evitar deshidratarte.
Hará calor, por lo que vente con ropa y calzado cómodos.
Está prohibido entrar al Azkena Rock Festival con grabadoras de audio, de video y/o cámaras fotográficas profesionales (con reflex o teleobjetivo). Únicamente las cámaras domésticas están permitidas, pero sin flash.
Por motivos de seguridad, no existe un servicio de consigna en Azkena Rock Festival, por lo que te aconsejamos no traigas nada que no esté permitido o no necesites.
APARCAMIENTO
Todos los vehículos que accedan al festival podrán aparcar en el parking del estadio de fútbol de Mendizorroza, situado a 300m del recinto del festival.

*VOUCHERS ARE UNIPERSONAL AND UNTRANSFERABLE SO ONE VOUCHER WILL GIVE ACCESS TO THE 3 DAYS OF THE FESTIVAL TO ONE PERSON ONLY ¿WHEN WILL THE CAMPING AREA BE OPENED? The camping area will be opened on Wednesday June 23rd at 16:00h and will be opened until Sunday June 27th in the afternoon. The right for camping is acquired with the purchase of any Azkena Rock Festival ticket (one-day ticket or voucher) and it will be possible to come in at any moment during the abovementioned dates. It is possible to introduce food and drinks in the camping area as well as a portable gas cooking. IT IS FORBIDEN TO ENTER FOOD OR DRINKS IN THE FESTIVAL VENUE.
¿WHEN WILL THE DOORS BE OPENED?The Festival venue’s doors will be opened at 16:00h, both Friday and Saturday. On Thursday they will open at 16:30h. STAGES AT THE AZKENA ROCK FESTIVAL
All the concerts at the Azkena Rock Festival will be held in two main stages and a Rock Tent. We suggest you to have a look around the concert venue in order to know where the different services the Festival offers you are located. TICKETS FOR WRISTBANDESIt will be possible to get tickets for the Azkena Rock Festival in advance trough the Tick Tack Ticket or in the sale spots provided for such purpose (see “Tickets” section).
Tickets will also be bought in the Bilbao BBK Live ticket offices during the Festival. The prices in the ticket office will be slightly higher than the tickets purchased in advance.
The timetables of these ticket offices are as follows:
Thursday: from 2 in the afternoon to 1 in the morning
Friday: from 1 in the afternoon to 1 in the morning
Saturday: from 2 in the afternoon to 1 in the morning
Both tickets purchased in advance as well as those bought during the Festival, will have to be exchanged for wristbands in the ticket offices at the Festival provided for such purpose located at the entrance of the Festival venue and announced as “PULSERAS” (“WRISTBANDS”).
The wristband will allow you to enter and go out as many times as you like, from your first entrance to the concert venue until 05:00h. If you go out after that time, you will not be able to come in again until the next day at 15:00 even if you have a wristband. Once you get the ticket exchanged for wristbands, only the wristband will allow you to come into the concerts at the venue and the ticket will become useless. Take care of the wristband, do not take it off, loose it, break it or exchange it with anyone else as you will loose your entrance right to the venue by doing so. Furthermore, if the security staff sees any sign of a broken or forced wristband, they will prevent you from going into the venue, taken for granted you have exchanged it with other person.
ACCREDITACIONS AND INVITATIONSWristbands and guests invitations will only be picked up in the accreditation house located at the entrance of the concert venue.
HANDICAPPED AREAAt the sides of both main stages, there will be an area at the same level as the mixers designated for those people with mobility problems so that they can watch the shows.
FOOD AND DRINKSYou will find bars in different places of the concert venue where you can buy mineral water, beer, energetic drinks, sandwiches…
IT IS FORBIDEN TO ENTER FOOD OR DRINKS IN THE FESTIVAL VENUE
If you want to buy food and drinks you will have to get previously the tickets provided for such purpose in the different boxes all around the concert venue. We suggest you not to wait to the peak hours to buy your tickets. Think in advance and get them once you get in the concert venue, you will avoid many queues.
DANGEROUS OBJECTSIt is forbidden to enter the Azkena Rock Festival with sharp, glass, metallic, easily thrown, flammable or heavy objects including food and drinks in glass containers and/or cans. At the entrance there will be a check for everyone’s security. Please, collaborate with us and come light to the Azkena Rock Festival.
PRESERVATION OF THE AREAThe Azkena Rock Festival is located in a privileged place: Mendizabala. The Festival is situated in the Mendizabala open area, next to the Mendizorroza sports center. One of our main goals is the cleaning and preservation of this space and we hope is your concern too.
There will be garbage bins all around the concert venue. Please, use them. The bars set up all around the venue will only serve in plastic cans easily recyclable.
WC’S
There will be chemical toilets all around the concert venue. Remember that we all will use them so try to leave them as you would like to find them.
MEDICAL SERVICESThere is an area at the entrance of the Azkena Rock Festival for Medical Services with doctors, nurses, ambulances, emergency hospital… If you feel sick or you have suffered or witnessed any kind of accident, go there and ask for an immediate assistance. There will be also members of the civil protection service, the fire-brigade and the local police.
OFFICIAL MERCHANDISINGThere will be an official Azkena Rock Festival merchandising sale spot where you will also find material of all of the bands playing in the Festival.
MARKETThere will be a market in the concert venue where anyone will be able to get all kind of articles, from clothes to music.
OTHER ADVISESDo not forget to bring your documentation.
If you drink, do not drive, please. There will be breath tests in the Festival surroundings.
Bring a cap and your sun screen, especially for the first concerts.
Drink a lot of water in order to avoid dehydration.
It will be hot so come with comfortable clothes and shoes.
It is forbidden to enter the Azkena Rock Festival with professional audio and video recorders or cameras (reflex o with telephoto lens).
Only domestic cameras without flash are allowed in.
For security reasons, there is no luggage room in the Azkena Rock Festival, so we suggest you to bring only necessary and permitted things.
PARKINGAll the vehicles going to the Festival will be able to park in the soccer Mendizorroza Stadium, located 300m far away from the Festival venue.

ZONA MINUSVÁLIDOS
En ambos escenarios, junto a las mesas de sonido, habrá una zona elevada para que los asistentes con problemas de movilidad puedan ver las actuaciones.
COMIDA Y BEBIDA
En diferentes localizaciones del recinto encontrarás barras en las que podrás adquirir agua mineral, cerveza, bebidas energéticas, bocadillos, sandwiches,…
NO SE PUEDE INTRODUCIR NI COMIDA NI BEBIDA EN EL RECINTO
Para acceder a la comida y la bebida, necesitarás haber adquirido antes los correspondientes tickets en las distintas cajas repartidas por todo el recinto. Te sugerimos que no esperes a la hora punta para comprar tus tickets; sé previsor y píllalos al entrar en el recinto, te evitarás muchas colas.
OBJETOS PELIGROSOS
Está prohibido entrar al Azkena Rock Festival con objetos punzantes, de cristal, metálicos, arrojadizos, inflamables o contundentes, lo cual incluye comida y bebida en envases de vidrio y/o latas. En la entrada se realizará un cacheo por la seguridad de todos. Por favor, colabora con nosotros y vente ligero al Azkena Rock Festival.
CONSERVACIÓN DE LA ZONA
 El Azkena Rock Festival cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada: Mendizabala. El festival está emplazado en la explanada de Mendizabala, junto al polideportivo de Mendizorroza. La limpieza y conservación de este espacio natural es uno de nuestros principales objetivos y esperamos que el tuyo también.
Además de las papeleras de la zona, habrá contenedores distribuidos por todo el recinto. Por favor, utilízalos. Las barras instaladas por todo el recinto servirán, únicamente, en vasos de plástico que son fácilmente reciclables.
WC’S
Habrá servicios químicos distribuidos por todo el recinto. Recuerda que todos haremos uso de ellos, por lo que intenta dejar el servicio tal y como te gustaría encontrarlo.
SERVICIOS MÉDICOS
 Hay una zona en la entrada de Azkena Rock Festival destinada a los Servicios Médicos, equipada con médicos, ATS, ambulancias, hospital de emergencia… Si te sientes mal, o has tenido o presenciado algún tipo de accidente, acude allí y solicita que te asistan de inmediato. Asimismo, habrá una representación de protección civil, los bomberos y la policía local.
